I havent had much luck with G5 games, but this was quite enjoyable. Ill do a pros/cons list:
Pros:
-Very well done graphics. On my 6+ all images were crisp and clear.
-No weird hit boxes. Items were almost always easy to grab
-Medium to easy level puzzles that you can pinch to zoom if you have issues moving puzzle pieces
-Very little voice acting. Lets be honest, these games usually have atrocious voice acting, and this ones no different. I was glad to see most dialogue was something you had to read.
-Long
Cons:
-There were a few times I had no idea what they were asking for in the hidden object scenes because they tried to be clever with the description and it just ended up unnecessarily vague.
-Very, very few puzzles. This is a 99% hidden object game. I prefer a good mix of puzzles and hidden objects in my games. That said, I am still glad I bought it, its a good game regardless.
-The easy puzzles were too easy; four were just memory/match games.
-You apparently need to play the first game to really understand what the full breadth of the story was. I didnt play the first one and had no idea what some things she said referred to, or even who some of the characters were.
-I finished the game with enough items to access a special end of game hog scene, but when I tried to access it, the game instead wiped out everything Id collected and dumped me back at the start. That made me a bit cross.
All in all, though, it was a good game that was worth the price (I purchased this as part of a 3-game bundle). The ending hints at another sequel, which I probably wont get just because I like more puzzles, but thats nothing against the game, just my personal preference.
